for not paying rents (thue; yachin - 家賃) in February 2018:
Nguyen Van Dong (16 months); Tong Thi Dau (5 months).
They were studying at Kasumigaseki Highschool (Yamaguchi Gakuen)
but failed to meet school curriculum requirements and dropped out
